The house is purely plant-based, so please only apply if you are vegan or vegetarian and happy not to bring any animal food into the home. The single room has a single bed with a clean mattress, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a desk. The house has two living rooms, one suitable for yoga, a spacious bright kitchen with a dishwasher and dryer, and a large back garden. Epping Forest is five minutes away, and Manor Park (Elizabeth Line) and Woodgrange Park (Overground) stations are both a four-minute walk, in zone 3. The house has some older defects and the main bathroom is under reconstruction, so one bathroom and one toilet are shared between four. Council tax and broadband are included; utilities cost around £35 a month extra. Cleaning is shared monthly, and everyone must tidy the communal areas daily.
