They enjoy occasional dinners and socializing but prefer a moderate lifestyle. The household is feminist, ensures the toilet seat is down, and is LGBTQ+ friendly. A new housemate is sought who is open-hearted and willing to communicate about house errands. Cooking dinner for the house once a week is preferred but not always possible due to schedules. The minimum age for a new housemate is 25, and couples are not accepted. Smoking is permitted, but pets are not suitable. The minimum term for the sublet is 3 months.
