Room to rent Thornton Avenue, Greater London

Description

A beautifully furnished private floor is available for single occupancy within an attractive family house. The accommodation comprises a generous double bedroom, a second double room which can be arranged as a private sitting room/home office, and a private bathroom with bath and shower. The rooms are very comfortably furnished, and the second room can alternatively remain as a second bedroom if preferred. All bills, including Wi-Fi, are included. The house is on a quiet, tree-lined residential street in one of the most convenient parts of central Chiswick. The lodger would have the entire floor for their own exclusive use, together with shared use of the kitchen and garden. This would particularly suit an independent professional looking for a quiet, comfortable and beautifully presented London home rather than a conventional sociable house share. We are looking for someone considerate, tidy and respectful of a family home, and would hope to find someone who values privacy and a calm living environment as much as we do. We are a professional couple (one English, one Italian), with a 17-year-old daughter who is at boarding school during the week. There are no other occupants. Excellent transport links, with residents’ permit parking potentially available, subject to permit application. Single occupancy only. References and Right to Rent check required.
