A family shower room with a large shower cubicle, basin, and WC is also on this floor. The top level boasts a spacious loft bedroom with fitted wardrobes, a chest of drawers, a full-length mirror, and a lamp. Adjacent to the loft bedroom is a bathroom with a bath, over-bath showerhead, basin, and WC.
One free parking space is available with the house, located in the driveway beside the house. Additional on-street parking is available, subject to availability and parking sign instructions. A pull-out camp bed, suitable for one child, can be provided upon request at the time of booking or at least 48 hours prior to arrival for a charge of £25 for the duration of the stay, which covers linen and additional towel costs.
The master bedroom on the first floor includes a dressing table that can also be used as a workspace.
This property is located within the London Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ), and charges may apply for drivers. Check-in is available after 4pm via remote self-check-in. This is a non-smoking property, including the outside area. Guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and parties are not accommodated. Some areas of flooring are worn as this is a lived-in family home. Guests will have access to the entire house, with ample storage space available, though some wardrobe and cupboard space will contain the owner's personal belongings. Guests are required to complete verification facilitated by Truvi via a secure link, which requires a government-issued photo ID. Upon successful verification, check-in information will be provided. Pets are not allowed.
Complimentary WiFi is available for guests. Professionally cleaned and sanitized, the house provides freshly laundered linen and towels between stays, with each guest receiving one small hand towel and one shower towel. Complimentary tea, coffee, and travel-sized toiletries are provided, along with a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll, intended to last a couple of days.
This house is ideally located for up to 6 guests, whether visiting for business or leisure. It offers good transport links to Central London, with a 10-minute walk to Kent House Station providing overground services to Brixton and Victoria in 15 minutes, connecting you to the Victoria, Bakerloo, District, and Circle lines. A convenience store is approximately a 5-minute walk away, and a larger supermarket is a 10-minute journey from the house.
