As we both work from home, the house remains quiet during the day. In the evenings, we enjoy cooking and relaxing. We are looking for a new housemate who values respect and a calm atmosphere. Smoking is allowed, but we cannot accommodate pets or couples. References are required. The room is available now for a minimum term of 1 month and a maximum of 2 months.
