We are looking for a clean and considerate flatmate to join our home. Move-in is on 25 November, or during that week. Our two current flatmates are moving out to get closer to work, and the current household works fairly regular hours, so someone who works roughly 9 to 5 and has their own routine and social life would fit in well. We value respect for shared spaces, tidiness and hygiene, and mindfulness of noise and others' routines, as the walls are quite thin. The flat is still a work in progress, so someone happy with a home that is still evolving will fit right in. The contract is handled through a letting agent, who also manages the property. Bills are split four ways: water is £77 per month (fixed), council tax is £173, electricity and gas were roughly £50 over the summer, and Wi-Fi is to be confirmed (roughly £30). The flat is about an 8-minute walk from Borough Station and is in a fairly safe neighbourhood, though it can be a little noisy at weekends. Bermondsey Street, London Bridge, Elephant & Castle and Southwark are all within 10 to 20 minutes. Note: the small room does not come with a desk, and the big room does not come with a bureau or drawers, but these can be sold to the incoming tenant.
