House to rent Silver Crescent, Greater London

Description

This is a characterful London house located on a lovely, green residential street. The house features 3 bedrooms, including an en-suite bedroom, a private garden, and a huge, bright open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with large glass doors opening directly onto the garden. Skylights bring in natural light, and the property has wooden flooring and a modern kitchen with a gas hob. There is plenty of communal space. The property is approximately 4 minutes' walk from Gunnersbury station, offering access to the District and Mildmay lines. Chiswick Park station and several bus routes are also nearby. This house offers a good mix of a quiet, leafy Chiswick neighbourhood with parks and green space, while still having easy access into Central London. The current residents are two 24-year-olds, one with a Master's degree in law and the other working in post-secondary education. They are social and would like a housemate who is friendly, clean, considerate, and sociable, someone who wants to get to know their housemates rather than live separately. They are looking for someone as soon as possible as their planned housemate unexpectedly pulled out after the offer and deposit were signed. The property is available from 10th October 2026 with a minimum term of 3 months.
