The room has beautiful natural light, and a small private area in the communal living space (with a divider) which is also part of the deal. Access to a communal garden as well shared with the other flats.
This is a flat share with 2 current flatmates, aged 30 to 31. They are professionals, non-smokers, and do not have pets. They speak English and are British. Their interests include music, art, chilling, relaxing, healthy living, and creative pursuits.
They are looking for a female housemate aged between 28 and 45, who is not a student and does not smoke. References are required. Couples are not accepted, and pets are not suitable.
The room is available from 9th November 2026. There is no minimum or maximum term. A deposit of £649.00 is required, and bills are not included.
