Our lovely Fareeda is moving in with her boyfriend, so we are looking for a new housemate to join us in our beautiful four-bed, three-bathroom house in leafy Clapton.

The room is on the lower ground floor, furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The house is fully furnished, a two-storey modern house with wooden floors, high ceilings and lots of natural light. Upstairs is an open-plan kitchen and living room with a large terrace, perfect for summer. The kitchen is fully stocked, including a dishwasher. Downstairs is the room, the shared bathroom, a separate storage cupboard and a utility room with washer and dryer.

The housemates are quiet, friendly professionals, partly working from home. We are LGBTQ+ friendly and enjoy watching shows, playing games, having a drink or sharing a meal together.

The area is quiet and residential, close to shops and to nature, with parks and marshes 2 to 10 minutes away. Clapton Overground station is about 5 minutes on foot, with bus routes into central London, Shoreditch, Dalston and Camden.

Rent is £900 per month plus £160 per month for bills, which include council tax, water, electricity, gas, broadband, a cleaner every two weeks and shared household items. The deposit is £684. The room is available from 27 November; get in touch to tell us a bit about yourself.
