We are looking for a flatmate (girl or LGBTQ+) to take over the third room in the flat we have lived in for a few years. The flat is very well connected, with a bus stop right outside and the Northern line close by, around 8 minutes from East Finchley station and 15 minutes from Highgate station. The flat is very bright, with great views over London and plenty of green space nearby, and the room gets beautiful sunsets. There is a big living room and a balcony. The room is smaller than the others, so you would have your own bathroom. Scaffolding is visible in the photos, but construction has finished. You would be living with two women in their mid-twenties who met at UCL. One of us has just finished a Masters and is looking for work, and the other works from home two or three days a week. We both enjoy films and series, and eating with flatmates, but value our time alone. We like walking and know the neighbourhood well, so we can give tips or show you around. Our hobbies include knitting, weaving, literature, learning languages, cinema and trying new foods. We would like someone with good standards of cleanliness.
