There is a super al fresco terrace for eating out or simply enjoying a sundowner. For 3rd and 4th guests, a comfortable double sofa bed is available with a full linen pack provided. If your booking is for two people but you wish to sleep separately, you must request the linen pack for a £35 supplement. No linen is stored in the property and last-minute requests cannot be accommodated.

The One One One is a strictly no-smoking building, including tobacco, vapes, and incense sticks. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a £100 cleaning surcharge. Standard check-in time is 3 pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11 am. Hot water is from an electric immersion tank; while usually sufficient for 2 guests to shower, long showers or baths may require an hour for the tank to reheat. A non-slip shower mat is located in the bathroom vanity unit and is recommended for use when showering. Use of the washer/dryer is not permitted between 11 pm and 8 am. Use of strong-smelling herbs/spices is not permitted.
This apartment boasts a superb location for the very best of Notting Hill, being only a 1-minute walk from Ladbroke Grove Tube station (Circle, District, and Hammersmith lines) and just a two-minute stroll from the renowned Portobello Road and its plethora of shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants.
