Flat to rent Oakmead Road, Greater London

Description

We have a 3 bed, top floor flat only a 2-minute walk from the station. Thereâ€s a bright open-plan kitchen / living room and sizeable garden which we make full use of in the summer! Weâ€re also within easy walking distance of Clapham, Wandsworth and Tooting commons. The room thatâ€s up for grabs is at the front of house - has loads of space, king size bed and tonnes of natural light. We met through SpareRoom but weâ€re good mates who have a solid balance of hanging out and having our own space. Both got our own socials going on so will often be out and about during the week but when we're at home, we spend most of our time hanging out in the living room, cooking, watching tv, etc. Weâ€re looking for someone aged 25-34 that is hopefully keen to get involved with the flat and garden and not just a housemate. If this sounds like a good fit, drop us a message with a bit about yourself and we can set up a viewing in w/c 19th October. Move in date - From November 23rd Rent - £858.33 excl. bills Bills – around £150 including sky sports, council tax (Band D), wifi & cleaner who comes in once a fortnight for £36
