The security deposit is £1153. A bit about me: I'm a recent graduate starting my career in politics, originally from Wales. I enjoy the city and am open to casual outings. The flat has two bedrooms; I currently occupy the larger one but can move if needed. The living room is comfortable, and the shared kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom is shared, but I keep it tidy. The flat includes two friendly pet rats, Jack and Mike. I'm looking for someone respectful and social, but not interested in parties. Available from 5th August 2026, with a minimum stay of 12 months.
