Crystal Palace triangle with its bars, restaurants and coffee shops is a 10-minute walk, and Crystal Palace Park and overground station are 15 minutes away. A bus to Brixton (for the Victoria line) runs from the station at the top of the road. Free on-street parking is available outside the house. The rent is £1050 per month including all bills, with a £1,000 deposit and a minimum term of 3 months. The housemates, Nicole (30) and Alex (31), are friendly, laidback and respectful, and are looking for someone chilled and respectful who doesn't work from home more than 1-2 days a week.
