We are looking for a new roommate to join our flat share in Harpley Square, East London. The flat is a 5-minute walk to Stepney Green tube and an 8-minute walk to Bethnal Green tube, with Victoria Park just 10 minutes away. The flat and general area have a very homey vibe, with a nice community feel and a garden. The room currently has a desk in it. There are 3 of us in the flat of 4, two guys and a girl, and we would like to maintain a 50/50 gender balance. We are a social, relaxed, and creative household, looking for someone on a similar wavelength. Viewings are best arranged for 7 PM in the evenings. Rent is £637.50 per month, plus bills.
