Description
We are a small family of three, including a baby, looking for a clean, tidy, considerate and respectful female lodger to share our home. We are looking for someone aged 23 to 35 who is responsible, hygienic and peaceful, and who values a clean and well-maintained living environment. As we mostly work from home, we would prefer a lodger who works outside the home and enjoys a quiet, independent routine.
Household expectations: cleanliness and tidiness are essential; no guests or visitors are permitted; respect for privacy, shared spaces and family life is important; consideration for a household with a young baby is essential.
The room is available from 1st December 2026 for a minimum term of 6 months, with no maximum term. Short lets are considered. The deposit is £1,000 and bills are included. The household currently has three flatmates, is non-smoking and has no pets, and couples are not accepted.
