The living room sofa bed does not have curtains and may be noisy; earplugs are provided. This property has a strict no-smoking policy, with an ashtray provided for outside use. Parties are strictly forbidden. Please be respectful of local residents and neighbors, keeping noise to a reasonable level after 9 pm. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please ensure the main entrance door is always closed and do not give keys or the key code to anyone else. No shoes are to be worn inside the house. Please do not flush wet wipes or excess toilet paper. Please log out of any streaming accounts at the end of your stay and collect all rubbish. Only registered guests are allowed on the property, and the person who booked must be present during check-in and throughout the stay. This property is not suitable for children or infants.
