Flat to rent Merton Road, Greater London

Description

Stunning large double room available in a homely first-floor period flat in Southfields. This bright and airy flat is spread across two floors with wooden floors throughout. It features great living spaces with a super large kitchen diner, equipped with a breakfast bar, washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher, plus plenty of cupboard space. There are two full-size bathrooms, both with baths and showers over, and custom-designed built-in storage. You would share with just one other person. The large double room is in the loft and gets plenty of natural light, with a built-in wardrobe and cupboard with fitted shelving. The room comes with a double bed and bedside cabinet. The property is conveniently located, a 6-7 minute walk to Southfields tube station, or a 10-12 minute walk to Earlsfield BR, which is two stops from Waterloo. The 156 bus stops outside, providing access to Wimbledon or Clapham Junction. Southfields Village is a short walk away, offering a great choice of coffee shops, eateries, and local shops. Green spaces like Wimbledon Park or King George's Park are a short stroll away. We are looking for a clean, tidy, easy-going, friendly professional non-smoker who is looking for a home. The current housemates are young and professional, aged 22-26, non-smokers, and have no pets. Most bills are included, with gas, electric, and the TV licence (if required) being shared household bills.
