Looking for a new housemate to share the house with me after my current housemate moves back home. I am 30, work in fashion, love cooking, am a long-time Swiftie and enjoy being a homebody with the occasional wine evening, as well as weekend walks in nearby Hampstead. I am looking for someone possibly aged 29 and up with a similar lifestyle and interests, who will be as much a friend as a flatmate.

The package includes a bed, three IKEA wardrobes, two IKEA chest of drawers and a full-length mirror. The living room is shared and furnished with a TV. The bathroom is shared and has a shower over the bath. The newly fitted kitchen has a fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, electric stove and oven. There is also a Peloton in the house, and we could discuss splitting the monthly membership.

The rent of £1062 per month per person includes bills, with Council Tax Band D. The property is in North Finchley, Zone 4, on the Northern line, 25-35 minutes to Central London. The area is very residential, with good bus links, supermarkets and local restaurants nearby. The deposit is £1,010. Available from 4th January 2027 on a minimum 12-month term.
