This is a spacious studio loft in North Kensington. The bright, private room is located on the 3rd floor and has been freshly decorated and cleaned. It features a comfortable double bed with new pillows, duvet, extra blankets, bedding, and towels. Wi-Fi, a washing machine, monthly cleaning service, and all bills are included. Guests have access to a garden with a small fig tree. The bathroom, which includes a new bath, is on the 2nd floor and is shared with only one other guest. There is an additional toilet on the ground floor by the entrance. The room has its own basin and is equipped for easy meal preparation with a mini fridge, electric pan, kettle, toaster, and crockery. Please note that the downstairs kitchen is not available for cooking; a microwave should be used instead. Getting around is convenient with Ladbroke Grove, Latimer Road, and White City tube stations a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute bus ride away, and several bus stops are just 2 minutes away. The neighbourhood is situated on a leafy, safe street, close to a Thai restaurant, a local café, and a park with an outdoor gym. The parallel street offers various amenities including a Tesco, pharmacy, dry cleaner, health food shop, barber, beauty salon, fish and chip shop, and a breakfast spot. A new pub is also located down the road. Golborne Road and Portobello Road are a 15-minute walk away, and Westfield Shopping Centre is also within walking distance. This is a quiet household; the host works from home and there is only one other guest, making it less ideal for night owls, although guests are welcome to return late.
