Flat to rent Pritchard's Road, Greater London

Description

This is a sociable maisonette over two floors, offering a larger than average living space with ample storage. It features a well-sized kitchen and a separate living room, along with two toilets/bathrooms and additional storage cupboards. The property benefits from natural light throughout the day and access to a large communal lawn. Bedrooms are equipped with double beds. The location is surprisingly quiet for its vibrant surroundings, with Hackney City Farm nearby and a short walk to Broadway Market, London Fields, Regent's canal, and Victoria Park. Local amenities include numerous street food markets, restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, yoga studios, and gyms. Bethnal Green is the closest tube station, with Old Street a 10-minute bus ride away. The flatmates are young professionals, house-trained, tidy, and sociable, enjoying activities like cooking together, watching movies, and exploring London's creative arts scene, bars, galleries, and markets. They value downtime and privacy. They are seeking a chilled, considerate, and sociable professional, ideally a woman, to join their active household. The property is well-equipped for working from home, with outdoor space, convenient access to public transport, and secure bike storage.
