Description
We are looking for a new housemate to take over a room in our easygoing home from mid-October to early January for a short stay only. You will be living with two great guys (both 20s) from England. The vibe is social but chilled: we enjoy a chat, the odd hangout, and also respect each other's downtime. Big bonus if you're into food, because one of the guys loves cooking and is a firm believer that meals are better shared. The house itself is bright, cosy, and split over two floors, so there's plenty of space for everyone to feel at home. The room includes a double bed and a wardrobe outside of the room, with loads of storage and plenty of room to make it your own. Everything you need is right on your doorstep: Sainsbury's Local & PureGym are a 2 min walk, Lidl & Tesco Superstore are a 15 min walk, Clapham South Underground is a 15 min walk, Abbeville Road (great pubs, cafes & shops) is a 10 min walk, and Clapham Common is a 15 min walk. The house is fully furnished. Your rent would be £1100. We're looking for someone friendly, tidy, and easy to live with - someone who'll enjoy the balance of social time and personal space.
