The master bedrooms on the middle floor and the top floor rooms are furnished with comfortable king-size beds and two single beds respectively. Enjoy the convenience of a well-equipped kitchen with a toaster, kettle, French press, and Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine. The living and dining area boasts a 55-inch TV with Netflix, a comfortable sofa that can double as a fourth bed, and a designer wood table seating eight. Books and table games are available for your entertainment. Each bathroom benefits from a large shower head, with a walk-in shower on the middle floor and a bathtub on the top floor. A ground-floor bathroom includes a toilet and a small sink.

Free parking is available on the street in front of the house. Paid parking is available for as little as £8 per day. Free parking is offered on weekends and between 8:30 PM and 8 AM.

The house is well-equipped for remote work, offering a comfortable home base for a productive stay.

Partying is strictly forbidden. Smoking is prohibited inside the house, but guests are welcome to use the outside garden and provided ashtray. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Guests are asked to be mindful of neighbors and keep noise to a reasonable level after 9 PM. Only registered guests are allowed on the property, and the person who booked must be present during check-in and throughout the stay. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee. Early check-in at 12:00 PM is available for an extra £30, and late check-out at 12:00 PM is available for an extra £30. Mid-stay cleaning is required for stays longer than 12 days and comes with an additional charge. For last-minute bookings, check-in is at 5 PM, though the house might be ready at 3 PM. Airport pick-up and drop-off services are available for an additional price. Engaging in illegal activities on the premises is strictly prohibited. Guests are asked to wear no shoes in the house and to ensure the main entrance door is always closed. Please do not flush wet wipes or excess toilet paper in the toilet. If using personal streaming accounts, please remember to log out at the end of your stay. All rubbish should be collected at the end of your stay. Please treat the home with care and take extra care of the keys, not giving them or the key code to anyone else during your stay.

Conveniently situated just a 5-minute walk from Maryland station (Elizabeth Line), this house offers fast access to the city center. Reach Liverpool Street, Tottenham Court Road, Stratford Shopping Center, Canary Wharf, Greenwich, Tower Bridge, and St. Paul's within 15-25 minutes. Heathrow Airport is approximately 50 minutes away, and Oxford Street is reachable in 35 minutes. St. Pancras is a 25-minute journey. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet, with easy access to public transportation.
