Pay & Display or Resident Permit restrictions may apply outside of these hours. A chauffeur service and grocery services are available for additional fees. Mid-stay cleaning is required for stays over 10 days and includes fresh linens & towels. Additional cleaning is available upon request. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra fees. Luggage drop-off or storage is available. Pets are welcome with prior approval and a £100 pet fee.
The dining table doubles as a work-from-home or study desk.
Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. A unique access code will be provided before arrival. Smoking of any kind inside the apartment, on the balcony with the door open, or out the windows incurs a £250 minimum fee plus the cost of remediation. Excessive mess or deep cleaning may result in a £100 - £200 surcharge. Unauthorized late check-outs past 11:00 AM will be charged £50 for every 30 minutes. Lost keys or lockouts will incur a £50 call-out fee plus the cost of replacement. Parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction and a £500 penalty fee. Registered guests only are permitted. Please lock doors and close windows when leaving. Report any damage right away. Wash dishes and take out trash before checkout. Turn off all electronics before leaving. Use designated bins for garbage and recycling.
