Double room (£850): All furniture included except for desk and chair. One of two wardrobes now has a mirror.

Bills are excluded and range from £50-100 pp, depending on the season.

The house features a shared living room/dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped with clothes drying racks, appliances, oven, and gas hob. There is a huge garden, perfect for hosting summer BBQs, and a large bathroom with a rain shower and bathtub.

Transport links include a 12-minute bus to North Greenwich (Jubilee line & Night Tube), an 8-minute walk to Westcombe Park for a 15-minute train to London Bridge, and a 12-minute bus to Cutty Sark DLR, or a 25-minute bus to Woolwich for the Lizzy line.

The location offers super chill vibes with lots of indie shops, tons of green spaces with Greenwich Park 15 minutes away, excellent jogging routes, and is close to Sainsbury's Local & Ikea. There is a massive retail park for grocery shops and two Asian food warehouse stores nearby. Within walking distance are 5 different gyms.

The current housemates are 2 females working in the Arts & Entertainment industry. They have enjoyed hosting joint parties, cooking yummy meals, and often getting together for nice chats and movie nights in the living room.

They have absolutely loved living in this house and area. There's tons of storage throughout. All rooms get great natural light, stay warm and cosy during colder months, and cool and breezy (with just a fan) during warmer months.
