Parking is not private, but pay-as-you-go street parking is available via RingGo, and apps like JustPark or YourParkingSpace offer local options. A travel cot can be arranged for £40, and a high chair for an additional £5, with 24 hours' notice. Fresh linen for the sofa bed can be provided for a £25 charge, including four towels, with 24 hours' notice. For stays of 21 nights or more, linen refresh services are available.

Please note that there is no elevator in the building and narrow steps to the property. Standard check-in is from 4 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. Lost, broken, or locked-in keys will incur a £100 fee for lock replacement. A call-out for a lockout costs £60. An extra set of keys can be provided with 24 hours' notice and a £100 deposit. Shipping for lost items starts at a minimum of £25 per item, plus delivery costs. This is a non-smoking home, and a £200 fine applies if smoking is detected. Please do not invite extra guests over without prior permission, and keep noise respectful – no parties or loud music. A £250 fine applies for any breach of this policy. Guests are required to complete an online verification process facilitated by Truvi, which includes providing a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. Guests can opt for a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40.
