Description
We're a queer household of two 36-year-olds in Lea Bridge, looking for a friendly, considerate and easygoing housemate to share our home. The house has a large garden and a bright, open-plan living room and kitchen. The double room is on the smaller side but well arranged, with external storage available outside the room.
Lea Bridge station is a 5-minute walk away, with trains to Stratford in 6 minutes. Tottenham is around 10 minutes away, Hackney Marshes is a 10-minute walk, and the canal offers an easy cycle to Hackney Wick or Walthamstow.
Sam is a teacher who enjoys techno and camping, and I'm a musician and part-time bar worker. We're not a party house, but we enjoy catching up in the evenings and at weekends, and we respect each other's space.
We're looking for a professional in their late 20s or older seeking a long-term home of at least one year. Benefits are accepted. The property is not wheelchair accessible.
