The open-plan modern kitchen and dining area features a Miele dishwasher, an American-style fridge-freezer with an ice dispenser, a gas hob, oven, microwave, air fryer, kettle, and toaster. Complimentary tea and instant coffee sachets are provided. The living room is equipped with a Sony Bravia OLED smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, and BBC iPlayer pre-installed, and features Philips Hue smart lighting. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and shower, and another with a green-tiled shower.
Carport parking is available on request for mid-sized SUVs, and EV charging is available on request and with advance approval, for which a fee applies. Pets may be permitted with advance approval, and a pet fee applies. For stays of 7 nights or more, guests can expect a welcome treat from The Cheeseboard on Royal Hill or one of the fine local artisanal hotspots in Greenwich and Blackheath.
A dedicated workspace is available, and the third bedroom features a single bed with a proper standing desk, making it suitable for remote work.
Noise monitors are installed in the property. No visitors who aren't part of your booking are allowed. There is zero tolerance for smoking anywhere in the property, and evidence of smoking incurs a minimum £300 cleaning fee. The maximum occupancy is strictly 5 guests, and bookings exceeding this may be cancelled without refund. Quiet hours are observed after 10pm. Shoes should be removed indoors. Windows should be closed when out to prevent water damage. For stays of a week or longer, guests will be asked to roll the bins to the collection point on the designated day. Dogs cannot be left unattended in the property at any time. Service animals are always welcome and exempt from pet policies.
IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
Situated on a quiet close beside Greenwich Park, this home is a short walk from Greenwich Market, Blackheath Village, and Deptford. It offers excellent connectivity to London Bridge, Canary Wharf, Stratford, and Charing Cross via walkable Greenwich Station (National Rail and DLR) and Lewisham Station (National Rail and DLR). For a scenic route, the Thames Clipper from Greenwich Pier provides access to London Bridge or Battersea by water.
