I am leaving my home after two and a half very happy years and am looking for someone to take over my room from the end of November. Ideally I would like a woman in her 30s. The room costs £675 per month plus bills, and the landlady is very responsive, kind and helpful. The house has two bathrooms and a garden, and I share it with three female housemates: an English teacher, an actor and a singer, all in their 30s, plus our dog Effie. The house is in Hither Green, a five-minute walk from the station, with direct trains to London Bridge, Waterloo East and Charing Cross (about 10 minutes to London Bridge). The area feels like a village, with a local pub and parks nearby. The house has a warm, family feel and we are looking for someone who will fit right in.
