Description
Looking for someone to take over my double room in a lovely, social house in Balham. We have been living here for over a year and it is a great location, close to everything you need.
The room is a furnished double bedroom with its own private terrace. It is a 7-minute walk to Balham Station (Northern Line and Overground), and a 7-minute walk to bus stops and a large Sainsbury's.
You will be living with three Australian housemates aged 22 to 26 (two men and one woman). We are good friends as well as housemates and love spending time together, whether that is having a pub night, cooking dinner or hanging out at home. It is a friendly, social house, and we are also respectful of each other's space.
Rent is £913 per month plus bills, with a £975 deposit. Move in from 1st December. Lease takeover with a straightforward name change process and no fees. A minimum salary of £31k per annum is required.
We are ideally looking for someone friendly, easygoing and keen to be part of a social household. Message me if you are interested.
