You will deal directly with housemates and the landlord, with no agents involved.

The room is situated on the second floor and features its own lock, a double bed, double-glazed window, a double wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers, and a desk with a chair. It is intended for single occupancy only.

A bathroom is located next door, shared with just one other housemate. It is equipped with all white vanities, including a sink, toilet, and a shower over the bath.

Rooms are professionally deep cleaned before new occupancy, and a new mattress protector will be provided.

The terrace house includes a shared kitchen and lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped with ample cupboard and fridge space for all housemates. The living room opens onto a garden.

This house is conveniently located near main transport links, offering fast access to Bermondsey, Canary Wharf, London Bridge, South Bank, Jubilee Line Tube Stations, and Central London. Buses are a 2-minute walk away, Surrey Quays Overground is a 3-minute walk, Canada Water Tube is a 10-minute walk, and the Thames Clipper is also a 10-minute walk.

The property is close to local amenities and entertainment venues, surrounded by scenic routes for outdoor recreation. A gym, Tesco Superstore, and Surrey Quays Shopping Centre are all within a 2-minute walk. A bowling alley and Odeon cinema are a 5-minute walk away, with cafes and restaurants also within a 5-10 minute walk.
