I am looking for someone to replace me in a flat share with a 29-year-old female professional flatmate. She is easy to get along with, fluent in Japanese, and enjoys languages and socializing, although our home is generally quiet. We live in a residential area on a calm road, close to a charming pub that hosts life drawing events. The flat is a 15-minute walk from West Ealing Station and a short bus ride to central Ealing. Nearby, you can find lovely parks and green spaces to explore. Bills are around £150 monthly, and the deposit is £600. We are ideally seeking someone to move in next month, but are open to August or September. We prefer female flatmates aged 22-38, but no couples or pets, smoking is allowed.
