You will be sharing the home with two professionals in their late 20s who work in fashion. We are looking for a new flatmate, preferably a woman aged 25-35, who is LGBT-friendly, tidy, and respectful of a quiet home environment. We do not host parties or large gatherings. There is a well-behaved domestic cat in the home. Bills are approximately £100 per month, excluding electricity which is topped up via a smart meter. The room is available from September 1st, 2026, with a minimum 12-month term and a £600 deposit. References are required. Non-smokers only; students are not suitable.
