Trams stop fom Elmers End, 10 mins to Croydon/Wimbledon, and lots of local buses. Beckenham Beacon Hospital and Park is a short walk away. Couple of parks are only a 3-10 minutes bus ride away. Various restaurants, coffee shops, as well as a variety of grocery shops and pharmacy and GP Surgeries close by.
You will be sharing with a lovely, quiet lady (Landlady) who's socially active.
I'm particularly looking to share my home with neat, clean, and quiet lady or gay man.
