We are two close friends and one new flatmate looking to continue the dynamic in the house with new people. We both make music and are part of a music collective, so we often have people over for sessions/rehearsals. Expect there to be some noise (respectfully) and people visiting the house often. We have a good respect for one another's downtime and are open to making friends and doing things as a house. We are both 25 and ideally would like people around our age (23+). We would ideally like to have more of a mixed dynamic in the house in terms of gender. POC preferred and we are queer friendly!

This is a house share with a total of 4 rooms. The current household consists of 3 housemates aged 23 to 25, who are smokers and have pets. They are interested in music, cooking, art, socialising, films, food, gaming, gardening, nature, and video games. The current gender split is 1 Female and 2 Males, and it is an LGBT household.

New housemate preferences include couples not being allowed, smoking being okay, and pets being suitable. Occupation is available to all, with a minimum age of 23 and a maximum age of 30. Females are preferred.

Available from 5th Dec 2026 with no minimum or maximum term. The deposit is £0.00 and bills are not included.
