My flatmate is moving out, and I am looking for someone to take over his room in our flat. I am 28, work in London, and enjoy outdoor activities. I appreciate a housemate who is tidy, considerate, and friendly. We will share chats over coffee or dinner and respect each other's space. The available room is a fully furnished double with an ensuite. Our flat features a balcony with canal views, an open-plan living space, concierge service, gym, secure bike storage, and a roof terrace. It's a short walk to Homerton and Hackney Wick stations, close to Victoria Park and Hackney Marshes. The landlord is responsive and helpful. Bills are around £150 a month per person, and the room will be available starting 15th July 2026.
