One of our housemates is moving on, so we are looking for someone to join our home. The room is a double with the bed on a mezzanine-style frame, with great light from a big window. It comes mostly unfurnished, but furniture is quite easy to get from other warehouse units.

We are Adele, Amy, Skye and Olivia, and we all enjoy living together. The house is home to five people including you, with an age range of 25 to 40. We have a biodesigner, a DJ, a photographer and a theatre maker. We are independent with our own work, hobbies and social lives, but we often watch films together, share food, gossip over drinks, borrow from our communal bookshelf and occasionally go out together. None of it is expected every evening or week, but we like our home to feel lived in. We all love a lie-in and tend to be up late, but we are not noisy and respect each other, so other night owls are welcome.

We are a queer and neurodivergent friendly house and want everyone to feel welcome. The warehouse is on the first floor (stairs only), bright and spacious with plenty of natural light and the quirks of warehouse living. The space has a minimalist aesthetic that we are happy to see evolve with the people who live here. We are not a party house, but guests are welcome with notice and permission. Parking is available for a fee.

Practical details: no cats or dogs due to allergies, no smoking inside (smoking outside is fine), no couples. Deposit is £590. Rent is £590 per month including council tax and water. Gas, electricity and WiFi vary monthly, never more than £50 per person. Move-in date is 16/11/26. We have a cleaning rota and a bi-weekly cleaner, but you are still expected to clean up and tidy after yourself.
