Your flatmates would be three working professionals in their late 20s and early 30s: relaxed, friendly and clean, up for post-work chats and the odd pub quiz, but not a party house. Male and female flatmates are equally welcome.
Transport links are excellent. The DLR is a 3-minute walk and Stratford station about 10 minutes away, with Stratford International giving access to St Pancras in 7 minutes. Hackney Wick is a short walk and Victoria Park around 20 minutes. Coffee shops, restaurants, bars and Westfield are nearby.
Council tax and wifi are included in the rent. Water and electric cost around £100–125 each per month depending on the season. The deposit is five weeks' rent (£1,458), held with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, or an alternative via Reposit at a one-off non-refundable fee of around £292, subject to referencing.
