Housemates share a kitchen-lounge-diner, two bathrooms, two shower rooms and a garden. Suitable for one person. £200 per week or £875 per calendar month, bills included. The house is kept vegan and free of smoking, drinking and substances, and is ideally suited to a non-smoking vegan, or a vegetarian who can keep the house vegan. It is a quiet, sanctuary-style house suited to meditation, relaxation and study rather than parties. LGBTQ-friendly. The landlord lives in a small room in the house and stays there occasionally. Singles only, no couples or children. There are eight bedrooms in the house and it is large, so it is not crowded.
