The flat has a shared kitchen and living room, one bathroom and a mezzanine room that can be used for storage or as a spare guest room. It is on the fourth (top) floor and has lift access. Water bills are included; council tax, gas, electricity and wifi are paid on top, roughly £160 per person per month.
