Arrange arrival details with the landlord, key pickup, etc. Spotahome will only transfer the first payment to the landlord if you don’t report any issue.

24h Check Policy:
You have 24 hours from arrival to report significant discrepancies between the listing and the property. Spotahome will work to resolve them.

Notice Conditions:
You must notify at least 30 days in advance to change your departure date, unless your contract states otherwise.
