The room has a double bed and blinds provided. There is plenty of space for storage, a desk and other furniture if you wish.

We are two friendly professionals in our 30s looking for a like-minded flatmate to join our easygoing and friendly home. We have both been harmoniously sharing the space for a number of years now and treat the property as a real home. We also share our home with a small, well-behaved two-year-old dog who we absolutely adore, so if you are a dog lover you will be in for a treat.

Our flat is social but not at all a party house—we enjoy the occasional glass (or bottle!) of wine with dinner. We are very respectful and keep the space clean and tidy and are therefore looking for someone who’s happy to do their share of the cleaning in turn.

Situated next to Hackney Downs Park, it’s a 5 min walk to Hackney Central Station and Hackney Downs Station. Lots of bus links too. The surrounding area is bustling with bars, restaurants & weekend markets.

It is a very chilled household and the current tenants are looking for a relaxed & easy going flatmate who will enjoy the space & company.

I manage the property myself so try and like to keep my tenants happy. Viewings are best after 7pm during the week or weekends.
