Driveway parking is available for a small car, and on-street parking is available using a digital visitor parking permit. Guests will have the house and garden to themselves.
For those working remotely, reliable Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are available.
Smoking, vaping, or taking illegal substances in or around the property is strictly forbidden, with a minimum fine of £500 for non-compliance and potential eviction. The use of candles, incense, burners, or similar items is also prohibited. Standard check-in is from 3 pm onwards, and check-out is before 11 am; late check-outs may incur charges. As this is a residential neighborhood, please refrain from making excessive noise, with quiet hours observed from 11 pm to 7 am. Lost or damaged keys will incur a minimum charge of £100, and a £50 call-out fee will apply for any keys left or forgotten in the property. On behalf of the host, guest verification is required via Truvi, which involves a government-issued ID and credit/debit card. Guests can opt for a refundable GBP 500 deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40. Pets are not allowed.
IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
Conveniently situated just a 7-minute walk from Surbiton Station, you'll enjoy direct trains to London Waterloo in as little as 15 minutes, providing easy access to London's attractions. The property is also within easy walking distance of the River Thames, local cafes, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, and independent shops.
