We are three young professional women aged 31-33 looking for a new flatmate. We enjoy spending evenings together watching TV, but also respect each other's space. Our interests include pub visits, pizza Fridays, and occasional park runs. We work in the office about 3 days a week. This is a quiet area with parks within walking distance. The room comes with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and potentially a desk. Price includes all bills. Available from 14th November 2026. Minimum term is 6 months. No couples or pets allowed. Non-smokers only. Not suitable for students. Minimum age for a new flatmate is 28, maximum is 40. Females are preferred.
