We are looking to fill a room in our flat short term, from 11th November until 15th February, while our flatmate goes travelling. There is a little flexibility within those dates if needed.

The flat is on the top floor of one of the new buildings in Dalston Square, a 30 second walk from Dalston Junction Overground station. It has a 270 degree private balcony with views over the Olympic Park, the City, Canary Wharf and North London, and a large open plan kitchen and living room with windows on all sides.

The room is a large ensuite double with a comfortable mattress and nice furniture, including an office chair with back support and a 40 inch widescreen monitor with a Firestick. It suits someone without a lot of belongings, as some of our flatmate's items will remain in the room, and space will be cleared in the chest of drawers and wardrobe.

You would be sharing with three men aged 30 to 45, who are friends and sometimes socialise together. The flat has a 24 hour concierge, a free on-site gym, a huge communal roof terrace, a projector, and 1 Gig Hyperoptic broadband.
