Available for house-sitting from 19 November to 27 December. A four-week stay costs £2,200, with the fifth week free, so the full period is covered for the same price. Weekly rate is £550, with no discount for shorter stays.

The flat is set up with a hotel feel, with soft new white towels and linens, a well-stocked kitchen with restaurant-supplier utensils, cosy lighting and ample storage. The top two floors hold a bathroom, a bedroom and a movie room/guest room upstairs, with a 65" TV, tower speakers and a comfortable pull-out sofa bed. Downstairs are the kitchen and living room, with a piano and dining table. A fold-down desk is available in the movie room.

A private landing at the entrance allows shoes and coats to be left there, as the flat is mostly carpeted. The street is very quiet, with only daytime noise from the local primary school. Features include super fast WiFi (500+ Mbps), a workspace, hot water, good water pressure, Alexa smart speakers in every room, and a washer and dryer in the kitchen.

No parties, smoking or pets. Piano playing is permitted only between 10am and 10pm.
