We are looking for a new housemate for our attic room in a townhouse. The room is a cosy attic double at the top of the house, quiet, private and full of light, with new windows and a roof replaced 2 years ago. The house is a roomy townhouse with plenty of space, including a big living room, a large kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine, two full bathrooms plus an extra toilet, and a small courtyard at the back. You'd be living with four professionals in their early 30s. We value our own space and quiet time, but it's also nice to live with people you're happy to bump into and have a proper chat with. We're after someone who'll feel like a natural fit in the house: a friendly, considerate person who wants a comfortable, long-term home. Available from 2nd October 2026.
