It offers lovely views over Aldgate East and the London skyline. As a neat and organized individual, I appreciate a peaceful home environment, which I view as a sanctuary. I typically work outside the flat and prefer a flatmate who also does not work from home. I host dinner parties every couple of weeks and enjoy a vibrant social life, yet also value quiet time. The flat features two rooms and is suited for a male aged between 30 and 50, preferably LGBT. No couples, smoking, or pets are allowed. The deposit is £1,072, with bills not included, and I seek a minimum commitment of six months.
