We have a small bedroom available in our flatshare as our flatmate Dimitris is moving out. The bedroom can accommodate a double bed and a wardrobe, but not much more. The flat sits alongside a tranquil canal within a secure complex featuring a weekday concierge. You'll find a spacious living area, a patio, and garage access. The small bedroom has exclusive use of the main bathroom, while the other room has an ensuite. We're located a 10-minute walk from both Old Street Station and Angel. The flat includes amenities such as a washer, dryer, gas stove, and central heating, as well as a shared work-from-home desk setup. We are Marcus and Eliza, two Australians working full-time. We're looking for a new flatmate, ready to move in from July 2026 onward, with some flexibility on the dates.
