A single bed can be made up for two people for a £35 supplement, with a minimum 24-hour advance request. For bookings of three people, this is included in the price and will be automatically set up.

Super fast wireless WIFI is available throughout this apartment with a quick connect QR code for your convenience.

Please note that due to the raised mezzanine bedroom area, there is a restricted 1.5m (5ft) height in the upstairs bedroom area, which may not suit anyone with back or mobility issues. Hot water is from an electric immersion tank and may take an hour to reheat after long showers or baths. A non-slip shower mat is located in the bathroom vanity unit. This is a strictly no-smoking building, including vapes and incense sticks, with a £100 cleaning surcharge for failure to adhere to this policy. No washing machine use is permitted between 11 pm and 8 am. No cooking with pungent or highly aromatic herbs. Standard check-in time is 3 pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11 am.

Enjoy a superb location for the best of Notting Hill, just a one-minute walk from Ladbroke Grove Tube station (Circle, District, and Hammersmith lines) and a two-minute stroll to the renowned Portobello Road with its shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. The apartment is located right next door to the famous Sarm recording studios, where many stars have recorded. For shopping, the huge Westfield shopping center is just two tube stops (4 minutes) away.
